When Jussie Smollett first claimed he was beaten by some white boys at 2am in Chicago, yelling “this is Trump country”, the stole stunk right away. First of all, why would Jussie Smollett be out at 2am in Chicago? The temperatures are below zero. He claims he was hungry. So he couldn’t order room service or use one of those food delivery apps?
Then yesterday Chicago police said they found no evidence that anyone who Smollett claimed to have beat him was wearing a MAGA hat or yelling “this is Trump country.” I mean honestly, in Chicago, who in the hell is going to yell this is Trump country? Chicago is as filthy left as San Francisco, or New York City.
Now the Chicago police say they can find no evidence, at all of the actual “beating” that Jussie Smollett claims he got.
So if it turns out that Smollett was never actually beaten, it will turn into another attempt by a Hollywood hack to get free attention by bashing Trump supporters. The media already has egg on their faces over the “This is Trump country” bs. Now the whole thing make be one, big hoax.

Chicago police say they’ve reviewed hundreds of hours of footage from downtown surveillance cameras but haven’t found footage yet of the alleged attack on “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett.
The department said in a news release late Tuesday that detectives reviewed footage from privately-owned cameras near where Smollett says he was attacked and will broaden their search by reviewing footage from traffic cameras and public bus cameras.Smollett told police he was walking downtown near the Chicago River at around 2 a.m. on Tuesday when two masked men hurled racial and homophobic slurs at him, beat him, threw an “unknown substance” on him and put a rope around his neck.
