It’s always funny to watch the GOP fight harder against themselves then they ever do the Democrats or the Democrat media complex. Regardless if you find Steve King’s comment offensive or not, the fact Liz Cheney and the rest of the hacks like Kevin McCarthy piling on King is just another reason why the establishment GOP is so damn pitiful. You are in the middle of a government shutdown. Democrats pop off to Puerto Rico to party like it’s 1999, and Liz Cheney or Kevin McCarthy couldn’t be bothered to say a word about it. But Steve King, he must resign or something. There are no more Republicans and Democrats in this country, just a uniparty. Liz Cheney is a hack, just like her warmongering father.

The third-ranking House Republican, Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney, echoed the statements of other GOP leaders on Tuesday as she stated that Iowa Rep. Steve King should “find another line of work.”
“His language questioning whether or not the notion of white supremacy is offensive is absolutely abhorrent, it’s racist,” Cheney told reporters. “We do not support it or agree with it.”
King came under fire on Thursday following an interview with The New York Times where he questioned how “white nationalist, white supremacist, Western civilization — how did that language become offensive?”
The Iowa congressman defended the statement, claiming that his comment was misrepresented and “like the Founding Fathers I am an advocate for Western Civilization’s values,” rather than white supremacy.
Regardless, King was stripped of his committee assignments after the GOP party’s leadership convened Monday night and concluded that his statements regarding white supremacy were too offensive.
