Hector Rene Portillo a Guatemalan illegal alien living in California (of course) has been arrested for sexually assaulting a child. This Guatemalan illegal alien was arrested near the California-Mexico border. Hector Rene Portillo assaulted a child in Texas, so he made quite the journey to California.

According to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, agents located a man 18 miles west of the Calexico Port of Entry, suspected of entering the country illegally. Authorities questioned the man and determined he was illegally present. He was arrested and transported to the El Centro station.
Following a records check, the man was identified as 32-year-old Hector Rene Portillo, of Guatemala. Agents discovered Portillo had an arrest warrant out of Kaufman County, Texas, for sexual assault of a child.
Portillo will be prosecuted for illegal entry and will be extradited to Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office for his active warrant.
