Illegal alien Edibaldo Duran could qualify as one of those DACA “Dreamers” he’s a 29 year old illegal alien who came here as a kid. In 2014, after his murder, he got on plane at JFK Airport in New York and flew back to his home country of Mexico. Duran broke into the victim’s off-campus house on Berkeley Road. Edibaldo Duran beat, sexually assaulted and choked the woman until she became unconscious. He stole items from her home. The woman later died from her injuries sustained at the hands of this “DACA Dreamer.”

It’s taken over four years, but Edibaldo Duran has finally been arrested and charged with the woman’s murder in Fairfield, Connecticut. This is yet another sanctuary state that values illegal aliens like Edibaldo Duran over their own citizens. They basically voted for what they got.
As is the case in California, Duran will likely get off with nothing more than a slap on the wrist. Connecticut is a lot like California these days. Have you seen their two Senators? They are basically male versions of what California has. As usual, this hasn’t been covered by the national media.
Edibaldo “Eddie” Duran, 29, was taken into custody Wednesday in Mexico City before he was extradited back to Connecticut and formally charged.
According to Fairfield police, on Sept. 1, 2014, Duran broke into the victim’s off-campus house on Berkeley Road around 3 a.m. They say he beat, sexually assaulted and choked her until she became unconscious. They also say he stole items from her home.
On Sept. 5, 2014, police say Duran boarded an AeroMexico flight from JFK to Mexico City where he had been living ever since.
