Two time deported illegal alien named Eliezer Merino has been accused of sexting and having sex with a 14-year-old girl in West Monroe, Louisiana. Eliezer Merino had previously been deported in 2012 and 2013. Local media reporting on this story do not mention what Merino’s home country is.

Police say the suspect admitted to knowing that the child he was with was 14-years-old. Police also say they found the child’s clothes, school books, and a small bag of marijuana at the suspect’s home on Bailey Street.
Authorities also believe that Merino is in the country illegally. They say he has been deported from the country twice: once in 2012 and once again in 2013.
Merino is charged with three counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile, one count of computer-aided solicitation of a minor, one count of possession of CDS 1 (1st offense), and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
