There are some similarities between John McCain and Ted Kennedy. The most freaky of which is that they both died on the same date, August 25. Kennedy died in 2009 and McCain in 2018, both of the same brain cancer. Must be something about the date of August 25th.

Both were basically progressives. Both were for open borders and both were in the military. But only one of these two men drove a car off a cliff and drowned a woman, that of course would be Ted Kennedy.
Otherwise, the two were very similar in the politics. Kennedy was deemed the “lion of the Senate” while McCain was known as “the Maverick.”
Kennedy worked actively against Jimmy Carter in the 1970’s when he was president, while McCain did everything he could to undermine Trump. Kennedy even ran against Carter in the 1980 Democrat primaries. Trump will likely see a “Republican” challenger in 2020 from a McCain ally like John Kasich or Jeff the Snowflake.
