This is really too bad. I had a lot of respect for Asia Argento for finally having the guts to expose Harvey Weinstein for the filthy progressive pervert that he really is. I didn’t care that Argento was a filthy Hollywood liberal herself. That respect goes out the window now as Asia Argento is accused of paying off a man who claims she sexually assaulted him in a California hotel room. He was only 17 at the time and his name is Jimmy Bennett. The age of consent in California is 18 years old.
So once again, a leftist, #MeToo leader proves to be nothing but a flaming hypocrite. Good on Argento for exposing Weinstein. It’s just too bad she really isn’t much better than Weinstein. It works both ways.
In even more irony, Jimmy Bennett, who is only 22 years old now played her son in the movie called “The Heart Is Deceitful Above All Things.” Argento is 20 years older than Bennett. What a sicko pervert. Just like Weinstein if this is true.

Argento was one of the first and most vocal accusers of disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.
Asia Argento, the Italian actress who was one of the first to publicly accuse Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault, secretly paid off a young male actor accusing her of sexual misconduct in the months after her revelations about the disgraced movie mogul.According to a report in The New York Times, Argento paid former child actor Jimmy Bennett $380,000. Bennett claims that in 2013, a then 37-year-old Argento assaulted him in a California hotel only two months past his 17th birthday. The age of consent in California is 18.
The Times reports that is has seen the legal documents that layout Bennet’s assault claims and the payments arranged between his lawyers and Argento’s.
Bennett’s lawyers sent a notice of intent to sue Argento last November, claiming that the sexual assault was so traumatic that it affected his mental health and stymied his acting career. The notice was sent to Richard Hofstetter, the late Anthony Bourdain’s long-time lawyer, who was representing Argento at the time.
