If you were hoping that Trump’s new SCOTUS pick would help over turn Roe Vs Wade, you don’t have to worry anymore. Brett Kavanaugh has said in the past he considered Roe v. Wade to be settled law. Kavanaugh is a Bush lower court pick and basically a carbon copy of Anthony Kennedy. Democrats and the media can bitch and moan all they want about the “conservative shift” in the Supreme Court, but that’s not the case. As much of a home run Neil Gorsuch was when Trump picked him, Kavanaugh is a big swing and a miss.

It will be fun to watch the Democrats shoot their wad over Kavanaugh, who is a moderate at best. Please Democrats, try and “Robert Bork” this Brett Kavanaugh. Maybe that way we’ll get Amy Barrett.
