He has a great plan for stricter gun “laws.” You see Swalwell wants a gun buy-back program. People who legally own weapons will have to sell back all their legally owned firearms to the government. What happens if you don’t participate in the gun “buy-back” program Swalwell is proposing? You will get arrested if you are “caught” with a weapon. Not an illegally obtained weapon or anything. But a weapon you were legally entitled to own, yet didn’t sell it back to the goverment in Swalwell’s “buy-back” program. The Democrats are becoming more and more like Hitler.
