While I was duped by an earlier NBC report that the feds wiretapped Michael Cohen’s phone calls, including those to the White House with Trump, it turns out, yet again that it was fake news. NBC once again, while allowing racists and homophobes like Joy Reid on the air is trying to walk back the earlier report about Michael Cohen’s phones being wiretapped. Now NBC is claiming saying it was not a wiretap on Cohen phone. Instead, NBC is claiming that their story was based on a log of phone calls known as a “pen register,” or something. Megyn Kelly should be so proud of her new network.
