Apparently, violence by Palestinians is rewarded with payments to family members of “martyrs” who die when attacking Israel or innocent people in Israel who have nothing to do with the government, or their polices. To the New York Times, those stories were nothing more than far-right conspiracy stories to the left wing fish wrap known as the New York Times. Maybe that’s why they were forced to issue this correction reading:

Stories about the Palestianian government rewarding the families of “martyrs” who kill and hurt Israelis, or even other Palestianians in Israel have been going around for decades. It’s not something new conspiracy theory that got it’s legs on Facebook by the so called ‘alt-right.’ But we don’t want to confuse the liberal gray lady of actual facts.
