Iran hasn’t always been like this. Some of us are old enough to remember that Iran under the rule of the Shah (before the Islamic Revolutionary Guard) was peaceful. Americans could come and go to Iran to visit family members, or just vacation (though I don’t know why anyone would ever vacation in a place like that.) Then things changed. In the late ’70s, America had a weak, liberal Democrat president in office named Jimmy Carter. In 1977 demonstrations against the Shah began as Ayatollah propaganda became wide spread. What did Jimmy Carter do? Nothing. In 1978, things were getting worse in Iran, and still Jimmy Carter did nothing. By early 1979, the Shah was forced into exile as Iran continued to spin out of control. Finally, in November of 1979 we had the Iranian hostage crisis were radical Iranians, controlled by the Ayatollah overran the U.S. Embassy and took Americans hostage.
The mess in Iran is another Democrat legacy (Thanks Jimmy Carter) |

The Iran Hostage Crisis is well documented. It happened under Jimmy Carter and lasted 444 days. It ended the day Ronald Reagan was sworn into office in 1981, again proving what a complete and utter fool Jimmy Carter really was a president. Democrats during the Carter years had complete control of the government, including the Senate and House. Another amazing coincidence is that during the Iranian Hostage Crisis and during the current mess in Iran today, Jerry Brown as governor of California (for both events.)
Iranians tried to rise up against the dictators in 2009, but were met with complete and utter silent be the weak, liberal Democrat American president at the time Barack Hussein Obama. This time it seems different however. The Iranians rising up against the Mullahs and Ayatollahs have the full support of the American governor, despite the ignoring by the media. The Mullahs also have a lot more money at their disposal too than they did in the 1970s. Thanks all in part to Obama’s pathetic Iranian nuclear deal that litterally gave the Mullahs billions of dollars in cash by the airplane load.
Ayatollahs days are numbered. I know the media doesn’t want to admit it, but it’s pure fact. The Mullahs will flee Iran once things get too hot, taking with them those billions of dollars given to them by Obama and John Kerry. They’ll continue to fund the Houthi terrorists in their proxy war and use them against the new leadership in Iran.
Happy New Year Iran!
