No one seems to remember this interview from 1991 when Bette Midler accuser Geraldo Rivera of drugging her and sexually assaulting her in the 1970’s. Midler complains Geraldo Rivera and a producer shoved her into a bathroom, popped a couple of poppers under her nose and preceded to grope her. I mean really? Geraldo Rivera groping Bette Midler? I don’t know if it’s true or not. This story has been known since at least 1991 in Midler’s interview with Baba Walters. But if Rivera and his producer really did “grope” and “drug” Midler, how the hell is he still employed?
