Looks like Roy Moore is planning to take legal action against the Washington Post for their “bombshell” about Roy Moore sex accusations with a minor back in the 1970’s. Judge Moore’s wife, Kayla, informed radio talk show host Steve Deace that they plan to bring legal action against the Washington Post for defamation.

Either Moore is lying or the Washington Post is lying. Proving who is lying will be tough, as you have to go back to the 1970’s when the alleged actions took place. Going to be a burden of proof on the eggheads in the media to prove this to be true if it is. With the reputation the media has developed over the previous year, especially the Washington Post, it’s going be hard to get anyone other than liberal Democrats or NeverTrump/Bannon haters to believe this story. This is going to be especially hard to prove considering Moore ran for office four times in his career, and not until now did these claims come up. This seems all too convenient to me.
