Yet another lawyer has walked away from Harvey Weinstein.
Top defense attorney Charles Harder is severing ties with the embattled movie mogul, Janice Min told CNN’s Brian Stelter.
“Charles Harder, sort of media’s Darth Vader of the past 2 years, is no longer working with Harvey Weinstein,” the Hollywood Reporter exec said Sunday on the air. “It’s an interesting pivot we’re seeing these last few weeks, where he’s gone from media attorneys, and now with Blair Berk coming on, to the hiring of criminal defense attorneys.”
“He clearly sees he is not winning the media war, and sees that with criminal investigations open in New York he has more to do on that end,” Min said.
