Something stinks here with this New York Times Comey Memo “bombshell” and it’s not just to leftists. I seem to remember that Comey’s FBI cleared Michael Flynn of any wrongdoing back on January 24th. Remember this story from the New York Post (which attributed credit to the Washington Post) back on January 24th 2017?

The FBI has reviewed intercepted phone calls between national security adviser Michael Flynn and the Russian ambassador to the US and has found no evidence of wrongdoing, it was revealed Monday.
The calls were made in late December and picked up as part of routine electronic surveillance of Russian officials. They did not reveal any illicit ties between Flynn and Russia, according to the Washington Post.
So if Flynn was cleared by the FBI on January 24th, why in the hell would Donald Trump ask Comey to clear Flynn in February? Flynn is still understand investigation by the various Congressional committees, but not the FBI. There would have been nothing for Trump to ask Comey to clear. Comey had no control over the Senate or House committess investigating Flynn and the so called “Russia Collusion.” Why is the media not reporting on this?
So what do we believe? That story from January 24th claiming Comey cleared Flynn in the Russia collusion case? Or that Comey kept some memo of Trump asking him to give Flynn a break at a dinner date sometime in February? As of now anyway, no one aside from Comey and his “friend” have possesion of this memo. Even the New York Times doesn’t have a copy. They were just dictated to by Comey’s “Friend.”
