The biggest talking point Paul Ryan and his cronies have been using after the Freedom Caucus killed RyanCARE was that it was the only chance to defund Planned Parenthood. Now, with the funding to keep the government running coming up, Paul Ryan is begging (probably on one knee) Republicans not to defund Planned Parenthood. Just more proof that Paul Ryan was never serious about repealing ObamaCARE and defunding Planned Parenthood.
