Clinton appointed judge approved FISA wire tapping

What a not so amazing coincidence. After the first FISA request was denied in June, the second request in October magically made it through. What’s even more non coincidental is that of the three judges who may have approved the wire tapping order of Trump Tower, all three of them were appointed by non other than Bill Clinton in the 1990’s. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review awards or denies FISA requests. All three judges on this panel were appointed by BJ Clinton. Two in 1994 and another in 1999. I guess that little tarmac meeting between Loretta Lynch discussed more than grand-kids, golf and Hillary Clinton’s case. Seems like it included the wire tapping too.

What an incestuous relationship that exists within DC.

On December 30, 2012, about a month after he was elected for his second term, Obama signed warrantless-wiretapping bill into law.

“The FISA bill gives the government clearance to tap into American citizens’ communications with people outside of the U.S. without a warrant, so long as it is done in the name of collecting foreign intelligence.”

Recall that acting Attorney General for Obama pursued this course of action and was rejected by the FISA court. This court is comprised of differing appointee’s, the appointments made by a variety of former presidents. The current court has Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, GW Bush and Obama appointees.

It was this non-partisan committee that turned down the initial request made in June of 2016.

The case was then appealed, and this went to the appeal court which just happen to be all Clinton appointed judges.

Some say this coincide with secret meeting on the tarmac between Loretta Lynch and Bill Clinton.

The procedure is as follows. After denial of FISA applications, the action may be appealed to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) of Review. FISC consists of a three judge panel. Since its creation, the court has come into session twice: in 2002 and 2008.
