As is typical for leftists, like Dave Weigel and the west of the hacks at the Washington Post, shortly after the FLL shooting, the NRA and legal gun owners were immediately blamed. The little worm Weigel even blamed recently passed Florida bill SB 140. This bill allows for openly carrying a Handgun and authorizing a compliant licensee to openly carry a handgun. The bill hasn’t even passed yet, and if it were to pass, the law wouldn’t take effect until July. That didn’t matter to the Washington Post and weasel Dave Weigel.

So as usual, the media initially jumped to conclusions, blaming gun laws (that aren’t even in effect yet), gun owners and the NRA. Hours later, it was revealed the FLL terrorist was fighting for ISIS and has photos in a Muslim Keffiyeh making an ISIS finger sign.
