Looks like ISIS terrorist Esteban Santiago has Instagram account is still up and running. At least at the type of this post. His handle on Instagram is Naoto333 and his bio reads:

Apparently, ISIS terrorist Santiago lived in Anchorage, Alaska, even though he was from New Jersey. He was on a flight from Canada to Ft. Lauderdale. Esteban Santiago’s Instagram according has been updated in a few years, (225 weeks to be exact).
