Donald Trump will win 304 electoral votes in today’s “certification” election, as Hillary Clinton loses again. Trump held on to all but two of his 306 electoral votes, despite the so called ‘celebrity” commercials telling electors to vote for someone else. Hillary Clinton actually lost electoral votes today. One Texas elector votes for John Kasich, while one other voted for Ron Paul. Clinton lost four electoral votes in Washington, so I guess the “vote your conscious” campaign wasn’t a complete waste of time and money.

All of the bloviating, all of the crying, all of the whining accomplished two things. Trump winning the most electoral votes by a Republican since 1988, and Hillary Clinton losing electoral votes to another party. Hillary Clinton’s historic achievement today, in losing 3 votes to Republican Collin Powell. The other Hillary Clinton defector went to Faith Spotted Eagle. An Indian American woman who finally broke the class ceiling. All in all, pretty impressive feat by Hillary Clinton and the Democrats.
