McKane was arrested without incident and was being questioned by police, as of 4:30 p.m. Monday.Sources confirmed McKane was arrested in East Bexar County, near Interstate 10 and FM 1516.
Marconi, 50, was writing a ticket in his patrol unit when McKane walked up to his car and shot him twice in the head, investigators said. He was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center, where he died.
