After James Comey declared that, once again, the FBI would not be charging her with anything relating to her private e-mail server scandal, Hillary Clinton likely felt like she could relax and it would all be over. She also may have thought that her long friendship with Donald Trump would keep her safe. But she was wrong. Congress is already investigating her.
There are four separate Congressional investigations looking into six different allegations against Hillary.
The allegations against her include obstruction of justice, lying about her e-mails during her testimony, mishandling classified information, and destruction of government records. There are also investigations into the Clinton Foundation, and specifically, the “pay-for-play” scheme she engineered where wealthy donors were given access to the State Department. There are allegations of a quid pro quo arrangement between senior state department executives and FBI agents.
