Ok, so Hillary Clinton the her Clinton Media Complex’s big October surprise is that Trump might not have paid taxes for 20 years. If he did that, and if he did that legally, I fail to see what the problem is. As long as he followed the tax code, what’s wrong with minimizing your exposure to government taking your money? Had i been in Trump’s situation (and if he did avoid taxes), I would have done the exact same thing. it’s a simple concept that leftists can’t seem to grasp, including the New York Times.

The propaganda leftists rag, known as America’s Pravda actually showed a profit of $30 million in 2014. How much tax did the New York Times pay? ZERO, nothing, zilch! Not only did the New York Times not pay any taxes, they took an income tax refund of $3.5 million. So explain to me why this is cool but Trump is some how bad?
Leftists love taxes, when they take other people’s money, they just don’t like paying them. That’s why there are all these hidden e-mails and documents revolving around the Clinton Foundation. Of course, the New York Times wouldn’t leak any documents related to them now would they? Hopefully someone does, like Wikileaks.
More recently, for tax year 2014, The New York Times paid no taxes and got an income tax refund of $3.5 million even though they had a pre-tax profit of $29.9 million in 2014. In other words, their post-tax profit was higher than their pre-tax profit. The explanation in their 2014 annual report is, “The effective tax rate for 2014 was favorably affected by approximately $21.1 million for the reversal of reserves for uncertain tax positions due to the lapse of applicable statutes of limitations.” If you don’t think it took fancy accountants and tax lawyers to make that happen, read the statement again.
