The so called “gold standard” of election projections, Nate Silver’s 538 now gives Trump a 55% percent change to win Iowa over corrupt, sickly Hillary Clinton. Why is that significant? Because Iowa has gone Republican only one time since 1984, and that was 2004 which was twelve years ago.

Iowa elections have been ruled for decades by corrupt, leftist union thugs. That may break this year if these numbers hold. Iowa is 6 electoral votes, not exactly a jackpot of EVs for Trump if he wins. But it takes away what used to be considered a safe Democrat state from Hillary Clinton as she continues to crumble.
