As the DNC continues to implode, Donald Trump is going up in the polls, after his speech last week at the RNC convention. At no time in 2012 did Nate Silver’w 538 ever have Mitt Romney ahead of Obama with a chance to win the presidency. Clinton had been consistently around 60% in Silver’s 538 to win the presidency. But today that all changed. For the first time, Donald Trump is now the favored candidate to win the presidential election.

Silver’s 538 deemed the “gold standard” by liberal media elites now has Trump’s chance to win the presidency at 56.7%, while Hillary Clinton has collapsed all the way down to just 43.3% in a four person race. This prediction model includes third party candidates Gary Johnson of the libertarian party and Jill Stein of the Green Party. This 538 prediction shows Trump winning 283 electoral votes with 270 needed to win.
If Trump could just stay on message and not get distracted by crap like Ted Cruz or Mexican judges, and run some ads, he can crush Hillary Clinton. He could even turn this into a landslide if things are this bad for Clinton this far out..
