Ted Cruz doubled down on his not endorsing Trump today, as the media fawns all over him. But Cruz also said ” I can tell you, I’m not voting for Hillary.” Well that’s a relief I guess. Cruz is feeling the heat from his pitiful speech last night, being booed off the stage. The speech Cruz gave last night was a lot like Chris Christie’s speech at the 2012 convention. Cruz thinks he is setting himself up to run for POTUS in 2020. I think (though I could be wrong) he damaged his brand so badly, he wouldn’t get higher than single digits in the primaries if he ran for POTUS again.

I understand Cruz is a bitter person. Trump said some nasty shit during the primaries about his wife and father which was uncalled for. I was a Ted Cruz supporter during the primaries, but last night really rubbed me the wrong way. I’m not the only one. There has been a lot of fallout for Cruz, and aside from his group of cultists who can’t find any faults with him, he shot himself in the foot.
If Cruz is really thinking about running for POTUS in 2020, he’s more delusional than even I thought. If Trump wins, there is no way in hell he will get a sniff if he primaries Trump. If Clinton wins, he will be damaged goods
