There are rumors going around (spread by Alex Jones and former Donald Trump opp Roger Stone) that Ted Cruz over the weekend offered to drop out of the GOP race in conversations with Rubio staffers in exchange for an appointment to the Supreme Court. Ted Cruz on the Supreme Court would be an absolute dream if this rumor is in fact true, though I don’t see why Cruz would drop out after winning three states on Super Tuesday and over performing expectations.

You can believe what you want. I’m just putting this out there. I don’t believe it myself, especially after Super Tuesday. I will say this though. The thought of Ted Cruz as a Supreme Court Justice is very interesting. He would be a great replacement for Scalia.
