Regardless if you are a fan of Donald Trump or hate his guts, it’s crap like this from progressive New York Times columnist Ross Douthat that turns so many good people away from running for office. Ross Douthat joked yesterday on Twitter that assassinating Trump is the way to stop his campaign that seems headed towards the GOP nomination. Of course Douthat, like the rest of the filth at the New York Times is a progressive liberal Democrat. Below is a photo of Douthat’s tweet that was deleted.
NY Times columnist jokes about assintanting Trump, deletes tweet |

Imagine for a second if Rush Limbaugh, or a conservative at the National Review wrote a tweet like this, just replacing Trump with Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders? That guy or gal would be fired by now, and blacklisted from ever getting another job again. That person would basically have had their life ruined over a lame joke. Not Ross Douthat that. The only thing he did was issue a phony, pitiful ‘sorry’ on Twitter:
A lot readers were offended by my Trump/"Dead Zone" joke from yesterday. I can see why, and I've deleted the tweet. Apologies.

So why hasn’t the New York Times fired Ross Douthat yet? If it’s good enough for conservatives to get them at minimum fired, why are progressives allowed to get away with crap like this? I think it says more about the New York Times than it does this clown Douthat.
