The first polling out of Arkansas for the primary is available. The results are from February 4th, before the debate. This poll has Ted Cruz up four points with Donald Trump and Marco Rubio tied for second at 23%. All there don’t even deserve mention. The poll was conducted by Talk Business/Hendrix College and has a margin of error of 3.3%. This might mean Trump is above Rubio and closer to Cruz than the poll results indicate.

The Arkansas primary is on Super Tuesday, March first. There are tons of other states holding primaries and caucuses on Super Tuesday and Donald Trump leads most of those polls.
