How about this for a presidential ticket. Donald Trump and Democrat Jim Webb. Both appear t be out for blood against Hillary Clinton, so it makes for an interesting possibility, regardless of how long of a shot it probably is. Jim Webb is described by as some of one of the last ‘conservative’ Democrats around. Fact of the matter is that Jim Webb is anything but conservative He was the 60th vote the Senate and had no problem voting along with Obama’s spending bills.

And like Trump, those supporters see the Democrat Party as a once-proud entity that in the era of Barack Obama, has devolved into a caricature of its former self that is providing less leadership and far more business as usual politicking that has decimated both the present and future of America. Both men also share a certainty that a Hillary Clinton presidency would be yet more of the same at a time when the United States demands something very-very different than the last eight years.
Today Drudge went live with a front page feature outlining a potential Jim Webb third party run. D.C. Whispers sources indicate that outcome is far less likely than what appears to be a currently tepid but warming alliance between Mr. Trump and Mr. Webb. (Webb implored Trump this past summer to stop throwing “cultural bombs” against certain minority groups in America, but more recently has said very little against the current GOP frontrunner.) What form such an alliance might ultimately take is unknown at this time, but Webb’s own political history shows him to be a man willing to work with those he deems strong leaders regardless of political affiliation. He served for several years with the Reagan administration.
What is more clear is Jim Webb’s deep-rooted distrust and dislike of Hillary Clinton and the political machine protecting her and it appears the former Delta Force Platoon Commander is preparing to go to war one last time.
Jim Webb is out for revenge against Hillary Clinton and the DNC after they basically ignored him in the Democrat debate he was in. This could make an interesting ticket. Webb could deliver the much need battleground state of Virginia too.
