Two weeks later, we finally learn about Enrique Marquez

So why did it take two weeks to finally arrest Muslim Enrique Marquez? Did the authorities want to wait until all the news died down a bit after Enrique Marquez’s terroist pals killed 14 in San Bernardino? This is what’s now public information about terrorist wannabe Marquez:

Marquez and Farook were both planning terrorist attacks four years ago in 2011.
Both Muslims planned terrorist attacks on Riverside Community College. The two Muslims purchased firearms, ammo and tactical gear.
Marquez purchased the ‘assault’ weapons in 2011 and 2012 used by terrorists Farook and Malik.
Marquez purchased smokeless powder for making explosives with Farook in 2012.

Yet someone, neither of these terrorists were on any watch lists. None of the NSA snooping could detect this, and it took more than two weeks to arrest Enrique Marquez after the San Bernardino terrorist attacks. WTF is going here? And why hasn’t Farook’s mother been arrested who lived with Farook and Malik and knew of the terrorists plans?
