Over the past Thanksgiving weekend, 8 young blacks were killed an at least 20 were wounded in random shootings. Yet, unlike with Laquan McDonald, these black lives don’t matter to the thugish leftist group. You don’t hear a peep out of the left or black lives matter about the 8 killed over the weekend, which included a 16 year old. These weren’t all gangbanger blacks either. Some, if not most where just out on a Saturday night having a good time when they got popped by other blacks. Why don’t these black lives matter?

In a Thanksgiving Day shooting, a 23-year-old man was killed in the West Ridge neighborhood on the North Side.
Jontaye Walker was standing outside in the 2200 block of West Thome Avenue about 1:15 p.m. Thursday when someone got out of a vehicle, walked up and opened fire, authorities said. The shooter then jumped into a dark green minivan, which sped away northbound.
Walker, of the 6200 block of North Bell Avenue, suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the head and body and died at the scene minutes later, authorities said.
The holiday weekend’s first fatal shooting occurred Wednesday night in the East Garfield Park neighborhood on the West Side.
Just before midnight, two people walked up to 16-year-old Mysean Dunning near his home in the 3300 block of West Van Buren Street and shot him in the head, authorities said. He was dead at the scene.
The most recent nonfatal attack happened early Monday in the South Shore neighborhood.
