Remember when leftists and the media went into meltdown mode over Florida Gun Supply that posted a sign MUSLIM FREE ZONE after a Muslim terrorist in Chattanooga killed Americans over the summer. CAIR of Florida immediately filed a lawsuit against Florida Gun Supply. Too bad for CAIR and terrorist sympathizers, the case was dismissed and Florida Gun Supply won the case.

A Federal District Judge dismissed a lawsuit filed against a Florida gun supply store that had advertised itself as a “Muslim Free Zone.” The judge cited the freedom of speech rights guaranteed by the 1st Amendment of the Constitution and said that the plaintiff failed to demonstrate that anyone was harmed.
Muslims were never refused service at the Florida Gun Supply store because they never set foot in the store in the first place. The case was missed and CAIR got bad embarrassed again because Florida Gun Supply’s 1st amendment rights. Muslims and leftists really hate this when free speech is not in their favor.
