With the media in meltdown, Bill O’Reilly had his own meltdown tonight on the O’Reilly Factor. Fox hack George Will didn’t like the crap written in O’Reilly’s book called Killing Reagan. If you compare O’Reilly’s ‘Killing’ books with Kennedy and Reagan, you’ll notice a very different tone in the two books. O’Reilly fawns all over JFK in his Killing Kennedy book, yet smears Ronald Reagan in his Killing Reagan book. So O’Reilly had George Will on tonight and started to throw one of his patented temper tantrums because George Will didn’t call O’Reilly before writing an article critical of the book. O’Reilly resorted to name calling saying George Will is a hack. I really can’t argue with Bill O’Reilly here. George Will is a hack, to the highest degree. But so is Ted Baxter O’Reilly. He is the last person on this planet who should be calling someone else a hack.

O’Reilly went even further against Will and those critical of his Killing Reagan book. O’Reilly claimed those who disagree with his book that basically smears Reagan is just a part of the Ronald Reagan cabal. This coming from the man who works for a network who has been a part of the Bush family cabal since it start in the 1990s.
And this is yet another example why I watch less and less of Fox News. Arrogant hosts like O’Reilly and Kelly who think they are above everyone else trying to tell people how they should act. If they don’t, they are smeared. It’s really painful sticking up for George Will though. I can’t stand the man. Didn’t like him in the ’80s, didn’t like him when he was at ABC, and I sure as hell don’t like him now. But Bill O’Reilly the gasbag calling Will a hack is just pure comedy and projection.
