Donald Trump made a lot of good points with Bret Baier earlier today. He spoke of the horrible trade deals, the illegals invading this country, etc. But one thing that stuck with me with Donald Trump’s proclamation that eminent domain is wonderful. Sure it’s wonderful, if you are Donald Trump, or some big corporation taking other people’s home. Donald Trump is wrong on this. People who are forced out of their homes via eminent domain are not compensated well. In fact, they are usually lucky if they get fair market value for their property with eminent domain.

I’m not going to claim that Donald Trump’s eminent domain crack on Fox was the killer of his campaign. Every time someone says he’s toast his poll numbers rise. But I can’t see how a comment like this could possibly help him.
