Oregon Judge Vance D. Day who is a Marion County Circuit Court judge is refusing to perform same-sex marriages for religious reasons. Judge Vance D. Day along with Kim Davis in Kentucky are now targets of the progressive liberal left for refusing to perform same-sex marriages because of their religious beliefs.
By the way. Why haven’t we seen any Muslim clerks or judges approve same-sex marriages? Surely there are plenty of Muslims in places are the country who could sign a same-sex marriage certificate. There are also plenty of judges that are Muslim, yet have you heard about any approving or dening to perform same-sex marriage? I think you get the point.

A Marion County Circuit Court judge is refusing to perform same-sex marriages, his spokesman said Thursday.
Judge Vance D. Day is under investigation by the Oregon Commission on Judicial Fitness and Disability because he won’t perform the marriages, Patrick Korten confirmed to KATU. The commission looks at whether judges violate the judicial code of conduct. Korten said Day now performs no marriages.
Day is the former chair of Oregon’s Republican Party. He’s also a Christian and says his religious beliefs don’t allow him to marry same-sex partners.
This comes as a county clerk in Kentucky took the national stage with her refusal to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples. The defiant clerk, Kim Davis, was jailed over her refusal to issue the licenses.
Now Judge Vance D. Day of Marion County, Oregon is not allowing gay couples to marry because it goes against his religious beliefs.
