A Sunset Louisiana officer who was shot during a hostage situation at a mini-mart in a gas station has died after being air-lifted out of the murder seen. Two others were shot and eight were taken hostage. The name of the Sunset Louisiana officer (or the shooter) have not been released to the public. I’ll assume it’s because their families have to be notified first.
