Ever Olivos-Gutierrez punishment? 40 years in an American prison, paid for by the US tax payer. Ever Olivos-Gutierrez was not even supposed to be in Aurora, Colorado, let alone this country before he killed the teen because he was drunk, speeding and ran a red light. Ever Olivos-Gutierrez is just another fine example of an Obama ‘dreamer’ kept in this country.

The defense presented a slideshow including photos of the 40-year-old Olivos-Gutierrez and his family, describing him as a hardworking family man who made a mistake. They said he started drinking following the death of his 2-year-old son, who suffered from a heart defect.
Defense attorneys said they tried to persuade Olivos-Gutierrez to not plead guilty to second-degree murder and driving under the influence with priors, but they said the defendant insisted on taking the plea because he was remorseful and wanted to accept responsibility.
Defense attorneys noted that they were talking about the loss of the defendant’s own son, while another family is mourning the loss of theirs.
Ever Olivos-Gutierrez blood-alchol level was more than three times the legal limit. Of course, why should an illegal alien like Ever Olivos-Gutierrez following the DUI laws when he’s here illegally in the first place.
