SCOTUS John Roberts does it again and saves ObamaCARE. Just three years after letting ObamaCARE become the law the land, Roberts yet again re-wrote the language of ObamaCARE subsidize. John Roberts wrote:

“Congress passed the Affordable Care Act to improve health insurance markets, not to destroy them,” Roberts wrote in the majority opinion.
Hey thanks Johnny boy. This Bush appointed SCOTUS job has gone out of his way to save Obama’s ass on ObamaCARE. I’m starting to think Obama-Jarrett has some juicy information that could publicliy ruin Roberts. Either that or he’s just a liberal SCOTUS judge disguised as a conservative. John Roberts is turning into David Souter, the so called ‘conservative’ SCOTUS judge that daddy H.W. Bush appointed in 1990.
Scalia in his dissent scolded his colleagues’ handling of Affordable Care Act challenges, writing, “We should just start calling this law SCOTUScare,” referring to the several times the high court has ruled on controversial parts of ObamaCare.
At one point, he panned the majority’s reasoning as “pure applesauce.”
Scalia essentially made two major points: he accused the court of playing favorites by letting politics get in the way, and claimed the majority’s opinion contained “somersaults of statutory interpretation.”
Scalia is right. It’s not longer ObamaCARE. It’s now RobertsCARE or SCOTUScare.
