Jerry Delemus, a former Marine is set to hold a draw Mohammad contest in New Hampshire this coming August. Predictably the left wing media is going apeshit over this. There are plenty of snot nose leftists in New Hampshire too who will undoubtedly cause trouble before the event is scheduled.
Jerry Delemus, a Rochester man, is planning a ‘Draw Muhammad’ art contest.
He wants people to draw the prophet Muhammad. Depicting him is considered sacrilegious by Muslims.
“I don’t care if it’s stick figures to be perfectly frank with you,” Delemus said.
Delemus is planning to hold the contest in late August. But he says the event isn’t about art.
“I guarantee if there weren’t Muslims actually in this country actively trying to kill people for drawing pictures of Muhammad, I’d never have an art contest to draw Muhammad,” Delemus said.
Delemus is a 60-year-old former Marine. The news of the contest comes just weeks after two gunmen were killed, and a security guard injured, outside of a similar contest in Garland, Texas.
