Matt Bevin has won the Kentucky GOP Governor primary, by just 83 votes. Bevin barely edged James Comer. The vote total with all precincts counted (according to Ace of Spades Decision Desk) has Bevin at 70,479 to Comer’s 70,396 votes.

Aside from this, no other mainstream media sources are confirming Bevin’s victory because this election was so damn crazy. Matt Bevin lead for most of the night, then James Comer suddenly surged into to lead, only to lose it back to Bevin. To give you an idea of just how crazy this race is, check out the vote count with 99% of the vote counted:

With 99% of the vote counted, both Bevin and Comer were tied in total number of votes. Kentucky does not have a runoff rule, so if Bevin is confirmed the winner, he will win the primary.
