A shooting has been reported in Isla Vista near Santa Barbara. This comes nearly a year of the Elliot Rodger shooting in the same area of Isla Vista. On May 23rd, 2014 leftist Elliot Rodger killed 7 and injured 14. There are reports now of four people shot, with two gunmen. One is on the loose.
