The Democrats have come to a point of being comedic relief. On Twitter, they posted a picture of Jimmy Carter as ‘the definition of progress.’ Check out this (Via Twitchy):

It has been said our best years are behind us. But I say again America’s best is still ahead.
Peanut head Jimmy Carter made these comments in the 1970’s and it proved right. In 1980, Jimmy Carter was defeated in one of the most lopsided elections in American history by Ronald Reagan. The 1980’s was one of the most prosperous decades in American history because we dumped peanut head Carter and voted for Reagan.
Now, as Democrats are sitting here after an epic landslide in the mid-term election, and the prospects of Granny Clinton being their nominee next year, they are feeling nostalgic. But for Jimmy Carter?
