Because, as we all know there are so many schizophrenic who cover their faces, then go rob a video game store and slit the throat of the store’s clerk, AFTER she opened the cash register for Darren L. Gayles.

Darren L. Gayles, 44, was arrested in Seattle on Wednesday evening. On Tuesday, police say Gayles walked into a Game Stop in Renton, grabbed the 23-year-old employee from behind and held a knife to her neck.

Gayles forced the woman to open the cash drawer and then slit her throat, grabbed the cash and ran out of the store, according to police.

Several witnesses saw the robber leaving the store, and police also recovered surveillance footage of the attack and from the Renton Transit Center. Several of those images were released to the media, and by Wednesday afternoon police received a tip claiming to know who the suspect is.
