Meet black pedophile James D. Kirk. This black pedophile was sentenced to 20 years in prison back in April of 2013 for lewd conduct against a 17-year-old girl and sexually battering a 13-year-old girl. Both victims were white BTW.

Why was James D. Kirk’s conviction over turned? Because a prosecutor closing arguments quoted lyrics from the Confederate anthem ‘Dixie’.
This is all it take to let a pedophile off scott free? What if the black pedophile quoted one of the gangsta rap songs, would his sentence have been longer?
Now this took place in Idaho, a state that is supposed to be conservative, with conservative judges. You’d expect something this stupid to let a pedophile like James D. Kirk to go off scott free in places like California, Hawaii, New York, Vermont, or Rhode Island. But Idaho?
The prosecutor’s thought crime was to refer to “Dixie” as if it were a part of American culture — which it obviously is, but won’t be for long if progressive totalitarians are successful in eradicating all cultural references to the South.
It is unfortunate for the prosecution that the minors in question are white.
Hopefully the case will be retried, at least putting the liberals who run the courts to the trouble of coming up with another excuse to let the sex fiend free to molest more victims.
