Adolfo Balbuena drunk while driving ran over a three year old girl as she waited in line for ice cream in Porterville, California. Adolfo Balbuena will be one of the 4.5 million who get amnesty under Obama’s executive order amnesty plan. Don’t you love it? Balbuena is an illegal alien from Mexico. He’s only 18 years old too, which fits into the Obama executive order amnesty criteria. Two other children and the ice cream truck driver were also injured. An illegal immigrant driving drunk and without a license crashed through a fence Sunday, hitting and killing a 3-year-old girl as she was waiting in line for ice cream in Porterville, California.
Adolf Balbuena, 18, mowed down the toddler, Angeles Moreno, as she and several others, including an 8-year-old boy, were waiting line at an ice cream truck.
