Now that all of Obama’s election are over (two presidential and two mid-terms) the truth can come out on certain things, like Obama. One of ObamaCARE’s architect named John Gruber admitted that the Obama regime lied to get Obama pass in the Democrat house and senate. Gruber admits that the bill was written in such a way that the CBO couldn’t identify the ObamaCARE mandate a tax, or it would have died in Congress. Gruber also mentions the lack of transparency and the stupidity of the American voter as factors that got ObamaCARE rammed down our throats. I guess this is what Nancy Pelosi meant when she said ‘we have to pass the bill to find out what’s in it.’

Gruber actually has a valid point. If not for the stupid voters, Obama never would have been elected in the first place.
“This bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. If CBO scores the mandate as taxes the bill dies. So it’s written to do that… If you get a law that says healthy people are going to pay and sick people would get money, it would not have passed.
Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And, basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really very very critical to get the thing to pass. And, you know, it’s the second best argument. I wish Mark was right we could make this transparent but I would rather have this law than not.”
