Jesse Matthew, the black thug suspect in the Heather Graham disappearance has finally been arrested. He was not arrested in his home state of Virginia though. Some reports say he was arrested in Louisiana of all places. Other reports have Matthew being arrested in Galveston, Texas. Maybe he was thinking he could get to Texas them hop the Mexican border. Matthew will have to be extradited back to Virginia now.
