Apparently Obama’s VA is not only corrupt where they edit veteran waiting lists, they also determine who will manage veteran’s funds, because they determine, he/she is unable to do so themselves. They also threaten this particular vet with a fine, and even jail time. All of this because this particular vateran has PTSD.

Looks like Obama’s ‘reforms’ at the VA are really kicking in. Threatening veterans with jail time, and determining that they are unable to manage their own finances, so they will find someone to do it for them. God forbid, if this individual really is unable to manage his own finances, that someone in his/her family does it instead of the government.
